The Mid-Coast Veterinary Medical Association is a local non-profit chapter, serving the professional veterinary community of
San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide a forum for the discussion of issues of importance to the veterinary profession and encourage continuing education for the advancement of the science and art of veterinary medicine.
The association shall develop an official position on appropriate subjects and shall promote the ethical, humane, and scientific treatment of sick and injured animals.
