Evergreen Animal Clinic in Santa Maria is seeking a reliable and punctual candidate to join our team as a full-time or part-time Receptionist. This position requires prior experience in a veterinary healthcare setting. We are a multi-doctor practice and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependability is a core requirement for this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional customer service, answering multi-line phones, invoicing and accepting payments, running end-of-day financial reports, accurately managing medical records, and completing daily responsibilities in a timely manner. You must be able to work well under pressure, be able to multitask, problem solve, have attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter.
