About the Event
Join us for a morning lecture series where we learn how to incorporate cooperative care in the veterinary setting with award-winning speaker, Monique Feyrecilde (BA, LVT, VTS Behavior).
Build on fear-free practice techniques to improve patient outcomes and wow your clients!
The morning will start with reviewing behavior essentials and terminology before setting the stage on how to use distractions, desensitization, counterconditioning, and skill training to improve care of pets as active participants. Lectures will be interactive and include video analysis. We will also discuss strategies to implement positive change in the hospital in order to put these new skills to use.
ALL members of the veterinary team will benefit from this event!
